Carrying out the administrative tasks arising in the HR area and ensuring the smooth functioning of the internal business process
Participation in the development and updating of HR processes
Organization of internal and external trainings
Monitoring the effective legal environment
If necessary, performing other ad hoc tasks arising during the daily work of the HR department
For contact with peers
Organization of company events and programs (e.g. Christmas dinner, etc.)
Job requirements
You have a higher education
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Dedicated to HR tasks
You have strong user-level MS Office skills
