Brief description of the position
The person, with the aim of providing maximum support to the achievement and improvement of the plant's results, is responsible for the correct management and development of the plant's personnel, ensuring consistency with the regulations and company processes, ensuring the stipulation/application of agreements with the Trade Unions in accordance with the conditions established by the national contracts. In collaboration with the central HR team, he/she is responsible for implementing all HR processes, in line with the Group's policies and programs.
Responsibilities
Participate in the formulation of the plant budget, in collaboration with the other organizational functions of the plant and with the Finance area, for the definition of resource needs, the evaluation of labor costs, the definition of the budget for selection, training and development activities. In this context, analyze the gaps detected and define the lines of intervention.
Manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for staff positions and department operators, ensuring consistency with established plans, with the needs and profiles required by the various units, in line with the assigned budget.
Plan and manage technical and managerial training for plant personnel, in collaboration with the relevant organizational functions, identifying participants, organizing their participation in the various initiatives and collecting their feedback and evaluation of the projects in terms of effectiveness and usefulness. Manage all labor and procedural aspects involving plant workers and any labor disputes.
Ensure, through its own unit and in collaboration with the central reference functions, the correct execution of the administrative and accounting procedures connected to the processing of salaries, the administrative management of personnel and the protection of privacy, in compliance with the regulatory/contractual/contributory/fiscal aspects.
Directly conduct relations and negotiations with the Trade Unions, for the definition of supplementary company and/or site agreements and for daily management activities, supervising the correct implementation and application of the agreements and providing specialist support to the other organisational units of the plant, in line with the broader strategies defined at central level.
