Plant Manager/Production Manager
For a 32,000-seat pig fattening farm
Your duties if you choose us
Planning/management of the plant's production processes
Organization and control of the professional work of a team of 10-15 people
Provision, management and supervision of hygiene and animal welfare regulations - based on veterinary instructions
Use of farm management system (Animalsoft)
Keeping records up-to-date (stock inventory, production logs)
Management of the site's technical equipment and supervision of their operation
Participation in the standby system, occasional weekend duty
Cooperation with industry leaders
What we expect
Professional higher education
At least 3-5 years of professional experience
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Confident behavior, high degree of independence
Proactive, results-oriented personality
Computer user skills
Category B driver's license
