Management and optimization of work processes in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the company;
Personnel management and workforce planning with own and hired workers;
Increasing capacity utilization;
Management and optimization of inventory records;
Ensuring the efficient movement of materials – loading, transport;
Optimizing delivery routes and methods;
Ensuring the proper technical condition of machines and equipment;
Technological developments;
Strict compliance with authority and company regulations;
Liaison with the managers of the partner departments and business partners;
Regular evaluation of the board's performance and development of its employees;
Preparation of statements and reports;
Active participation in projects.
Expectations
You have a higher technical degree (mechanical, electrical, mechanotronics, logistics);
You have at least 5 years of production management experience with logistics knowledge;
Your leadership and communication skills are excellent;
You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
You have thorough knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations;
You have the flexibility and adaptability to changing production needs;
You have excellent computer skills;
Your English language skills are active.
